Wellness wander in the Adelaide Hills is back! Old favourites join some stunning new events to suit all tastes and ages with more than 40 bespoke and highly thoughtful wellness experiences curated to fill your cup next month.
Now in its third year, the two-day event champions local wellness operators and experiences that are abundant in the region, with events that traverse the Adelaide Hills from Stirling, to Hahndorf, Mount Barker to Lobethal, Crafers to Paracombe and the greater surrounds, with experiences covering five wellness pillars: Provenance, Relax & Unwind, Nature, Learn & Create, and Stay.
Event highlights include:
- Nourish by Well Traveller: A beautiful afternoon at Ukaria Cultural Centre, featuring keynote speaker famous TV host, chef & author Matthew Evans, holistic health coach and cellar door manager Erica Rushbrook of Ngeringa, a mood boosting cooking demonstration by MasterChef star Malissa Fedele skin nourishment tips from biodynamic farming experts Jurlique and a delicious afternoon tea.
