Fill your cup at Wellness Wander in the Adelaide Hills

Wellness Wander returns to the Adelaide Hills on 26th – 27th of October, offering over 40 experiences designed to relax and recharge. From yoga and sound healing to farm-to-table dining, it’s a perfect weekend to reconnect and indulge in self-care.

Now in its third year, Wellness Wander has become a staple for locals and visitors, offering an opportunity to explore the best of what the Adelaide Hills has to offer. Spanning Stirling, Hahndorf, Mount Barker, and beyond, the event showcases the region’s diverse wellness offerings, from traditional practices like yoga and Pilates to more contemporary experiences such as breathwork, sound healing, and equine therapy.

One standout event this year is Nourish by Well Traveller, held at the stunning Ukaria Cultural Centre. Matthew Evans, renowned chef and food critic turned farmer and food activist, will take you through the cycles of farming, food, and nourishment. Following his talk, you’ll hear from holistic health coach Erica Rushbrook of Ngeringa Vineyard, before enjoying a cooking demonstration by recent MasterChef contestant Malissa Fedele. As a special treat, Jurlique will share skin nourishment tips, rounding off the day with a luxurious goodie bag worth over $150.

Other new highlights include the Jurlique Handpicked Experience, where you can harvest botanicals from their biodynamic farm and create your own aromatherapy blend, and Strawberry Provenance at Beerenberg Farm, where you’ll discover the lifecycle of strawberries and enjoy a delicious lunch. Fancy a bit of pampering? Serenity and Self Care at Longview Vineyard offers yoga, breakfast, and indulgent body treatments, with an optional overnight stay.

For those seeking a more mindful connection with nature, Plant Songs: Outdoor Sound Bath at Eurilla Estate will guide you through a one-of-a-kind sound healing experience using the natural harmonics of plants. And for the creatives, Connect + Create workshops offer unique classes that blend mindfulness with drawing yoga or botanically inspired watercolour painting.

Crowd favourites are also back, including the Wildlife Wander Dusk Tour at Warrawong Wildlife Sanctuary, a chance to see native animals in their natural habitat. Families can enjoy a Digital Detox day at Woodhouse Adventure Park, focusing on screen-free outdoor fun.

If you’re ready to treat yourself to some well-deserved “me time,” view the full program and secure your spot. Events are likely to sell out quickly, so don’t miss out on this chance to reconnect and recharge in the beautiful Adelaide Hills.
