When OzAsia Festival returns for 2023 there will be plenty of exciting and fun events for the whole family.

Moon Lantern Trail

Starting with family favourite Moon Lantern Trail set to light up Tarntanya Wama/Pinky Flat across four days and nights. Marvel at more than a dozen giant lanterns at this free event, featuring the 40-metre-long Hong Kong Dragon and three new lanterns, including one celebrating Adelaide Festival Centre’s 50th Anniversary. Enjoy roving performances, puppetry, live music, food and interactive workshops.

The Lucky Dumpling Market

The Lucky Dumpling Market, OzAsia Festival’s delicious outdoor festival hub is back, ready to indulge your senses with authentic cuisine, premium South Australian wines and beers, and a vibrant atmosphere. Returning to the spacious Elder Park, this market is the perfect place to dine with friends and family ..Immerse yourself in the free, live entertainment on the Lucky Beats stage featuring 1300Hyoshi in Counterpoint,Jaguar JonzeEmily Wurramara and more.   Engage in family-friendly workshops and cultural activities that showcase our local community groups.

AnimeGO! 

AnimeGO! Japan Pop Culture Festival combines traditional elements of Japan with a pop culture twist. Adelaide Festival Centre will Dazzle in the fun and excitement of anime, manga, cosplay and fashion, interactive workshops, local artist stalls, electrifying dance performances, live music food, drinks and more. AnimeGO! Japan Pop Culture Festival promises a vibrant afternoon celebrating all things Japan!

After a popular debut in 2022, OzAsia Festival’s Bubble Tea Garden returns to celebrate a delicacy that’s iconic, refreshing and beloved the world over. Raise a toast to the phenomenon of bubble tea: the Taiwanese sensation that combines tea with milk or fruit flavouring and chewy tapioca balls. Bubble Tea Garden is the perfect place to relax in the sunshine with friends and family at Festival Plaza.
