Cyndi Lauper fans are in for an emotional farewell, as the legendary pop star has announced her final Australian tour. Kicking off in April 2025, the “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” singer will perform in six cities across the country, including Melbourne, Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney, Adelaide, and Perth.
Lauper, whose career has spanned over four decades, will be joined by The Veronicas, adding an extra layer of excitement to the shows. Tickets go on general sale at 2pm on 23rd October, with pre-sales starting from 18th October.
This farewell tour follows Lauper’s stunning performance at Rock in Rio and coincides with the release of Let the Canary Sing, a documentary film celebrating her life and career. In a special moment, she was also honoured with an imprint ceremony at Hollywood’s TCL Chinese Theatre this year.
