The team at Sprout will be serving up fresh bowls of Asian-Style Chilli Crab, featuring Spencer Gulf Blue Swimmer Crab cooked in a chilli tamarind sauce and served with egg noodles and Thai herbs using ingredients fresh from the Market.

A new offering for Seafood + Sounds is the Oyster and Wine Bar run by SiSea – our flame grill and tapas eatery. Enjoy fresh oysters and a selection of Golding Wines and Sparkling Wines.
