With more than 150 events set to take place across South Australia, it’s the ultimate celebration for food lovers, and tickets for the first release of events are now available.
This year’s program features an exciting line-up of culinary talent from around the globe, including Chiara Pavan (Italy), Monica Berg (UK), Andy Allen (NSW), Lachlan Cowill (TAS), Danielle Alvarez (NSW), and Lennox Hastie (NSW). They’ll be joined by local South Australian stars such as Justin James, Jake Kellie, Sharon Romeo, and Duncan Welgemoed, making this a true feast for the senses.
New for 2025, there will be two Tasting Australia Airlines trips offering unforgettable experiences. Embark on an overnight adventure to the stunning Northern Flinders Ranges, or enjoy a relaxing day trip aboard a houseboat on the Murray River, exploring the region’s unique landscapes while indulging in delicious food and drink.
The Town Square, the festival’s vibrant CBD hub, will return as the heart of the celebration, providing the perfect setting for food, drink, and connection. The Dining Galleries, showcasing works by South Australian artists, will be at the centre of it all. The Galleries will feature an exciting line-up of curated lunches and dinners, including A Lunch for All Seasons—a special menu that’s been a year in the making—and a collaboration between two of Sydney’s favourite restaurants, Ester and Lankan Filling Station.
The hugely popular Canteen lunch series will also return, with a fresh selection of regional restaurants such as Kuti Shack (Fleurieu Peninsula), Elementary by Soul Co (Limestone Coast), and Fino Seppeltsfield (Barossa).
If drinks are more your thing, the Tasting Australia 2025 drinks program has some exciting new additions, including Learn sessions where you can pick up new skills, such as how to cellar wine. There will also be parties in Town Square, including the Opening Party, a spirits-focused Cocktail Party, and a Beer Hall. Returning favourites include the Tasting Tables at CBD venues, as well as Masterclasses and parties in the new Drinks Academy, presented by Adelaide University.
Food enthusiasts will also enjoy a selection of immersive events, such as Food, Glass, Wood—a unique collaboration between the Fleming brothers, with Shannon creating culinary delights, Mike working with wood, and Liam adding his expertise in glass. Other highlights include Argentinean chef Martin Moltini teaming up with Stephane Brizard of Wild at Heart for a special lunch at Kay Brothers Winery in McLaren Vale, and a memorable experience Around the World with Penfolds, featuring a special event in their iconic Magill Estate tunnels.
