Sunday chill at Paradiso
Paradiso by HNLY is your Sunday go-to for Mediterranean vibes. With a balcony overlooking Henley Beach, you get coastal views, tasty food, cool tunes, crafted drinks, and good company.
Chef Edward Noble, formerly of Melbourne’s AU79, Noisy Ritual, and Kissaten Alphington, runs the show at Paradiso, curating an exclusive seafood-forward menu. Think pop-up seafood bars and oyster shucking, all supporting local producers.
Co-owner George Kasimatis, known for Georges on Waymouth, sums up Paradiso, saying, “Our balcony is where you relax, enjoy the sunset, listen to DJ Leeroy Brown, and let our team take care of you.”
HNLY’s food journey
Since opening in December 2021, HNLY has become the go-to for Mediterranean flavours. George Kasimatis and Peter Louca, the minds behind HNLY, want you to experience their ethos all summer.
Chef Edward introduces HNLY’s summer menu, keeping it simple and celebrating seasonal seafood. Don’t miss out on the off-menu crayfish with hand-cut tagliatelle, available by request all summer.
