Starting at 9am on Friday, 29 November, with 15 continuous hours of shopping, Rundle Mall is the only shopping mall or centre in the state that’s open till midnight.

“We recognise that cost of living’s increasing, and people’s budgets are tightening, which makes this sales event more important than ever. You can take full advantage of big discounts and make your money go as far as possible.”
Black Friday in Rundle Mall is shaping up to be a shopping experience unlike anything else, with the Mall’s Concierge back and bigger than ever.
“For the first time ever, we’re really excited to be extending the Rundle Mall Concierge from the Friday right across the weekend and on Cyber Monday,” Andrew says.
Shoppers spoke, and we listened. They wanted more time to take advantage of the sales and shop with ease in Rundle Mall, so that’s what we’re delivering this Black Friday.
For all four days of Black Friday, the Rundle Mall Concierge is offering complimentary bag drop service, a chill out zone with lounges, DJs and live music, and the Black Friday Valet.
Shoppers can visit the Concierge from 9.30am from Friday through Monday and have their shopping bags taken off their hands so they can enjoy something to eat or drink in one of the Mall’s many restaurants, bars and cafes, do more shopping, or sit and relax in the lounge.
The first 50 shoppers to use the bag drop each day will receive a Black Friday bonus pack, made up of food and drink vouchers to keep shoppers energised and fuelled for even more shopping. Everyone who uses the Concierge will also go in the draw to win a $1000 Rundle Mall voucher – winner, winner!
For the Friday, Rundle Mall has invited in Cucina Cufone, who will be serving delicious pizzas from their mobile woodfired pizza oven under the Gawler Place Canopy, as well as Ambleside Distillers, so you can enjoy a drink while you make a day of it in the Mall.
At the weekend, a roster of local South Australian musicians will set an acoustic backdrop to your shopping in the Mall, while on Friday and Monday, the Mall’s upping the tempo with DJs on the decks.
“With more than 700 retailers and 300 services along the 520-metres of the Mall, our range is second to none, but it also means there’s a lot of ground to cover,” Andrew says.
“If your feet get sore or the bags get to heavy, all you need to do is flag down Rundle Mall’s chauffeur, the Black Friday Valet. It’s on hand all four days to pick up shoppers and ferry them around the Mall in style or back to your car if it’s parked within the Precinct.”
