And the return of the Bowerbird Art Gallery
After the success of the last two years, Bowerbird is proud to showcase local visual artists in the Bowerbird Art Gallery once again. Curated by local artist Nicole Black, 20 talented South Australian artists are presenting a range of pieces, each in a 30x30cm format. Displayed together as a wall of art, each piece is available to purchase at the event. “Viewing art in this way allows the viewer to engage with each piece individually but also as a whole, discovering how different styles work together and the individual accents they offer.” Peggy Byrne, Director of Bowerbird says.
Returning artists such as Eliza Koch, Mary Zammit and Nicole Black are excited to participate again alongside new artists to Bowerbird Kathy Doley, Tess Bartholomew, and many others. Visitors interested in seeing these exciting and diverse art pieces are encouraged to attend Bowerbird on Friday night when some of the artists will be dropping by.
