Taking place from Saturday 8 to Monday 10 March at the Frome Park Pavilion in Adelaide’s Botanic Park/Tainmuntilla, the Planet Talks series is set to address some of the most urgent challenges facing the world today.
For more than a decade, Planet Talks has brought together a diverse range of global thought-leaders, pioneering scientists, bold activists, and visionary changemakers. The 2025 program will once again feature an impressive lineup of speakers, including:
- Dr. Kumi Naidoo, globally recognised activist and President of the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty
- Harvard Professor and author Naomi Oreskes
- Acclaimed author and environmental advocate Tim Winton
- Trailblazing filmmaker and founder of Blackfella Films, Rachel Perkins
These leading voices will reflect on, dissect, and discuss the pressing environmental issues that impact our everyday lives. Drawing on their experiences as climate activists, they will explore complex challenges and offer innovative solutions, fresh perspectives, and practical ways forward to inspire action and spark meaningful conversation.
