Mayor Robert Bria said the premise behind the competition, which is funded by the Norwood Parade Precinct Committee, is to provide a direct economic injection to the precinct, while also marketing and promoting The Parade.
The competition follows on from other successful campaigns including Shop the Parade & Cruise Europe in 2023 and the Win a FIAT 500 competition in 2021.
The Shop the Parade & Cruise Europe competition resulted in $482,327 spent within the Parade Precinct and the Win a FIAT 500 competition in 2021 resulted in direct expenditure of about $515,000 at more than 190 different businesses.

The second prize is Sequioa Lodge Stay for two people and a Prancing Horse Luxury Driving Experience and the third prize is two $100 Parade Gift Vouchers per week for six weeks.
Entry is via an online form and the competition starts on the 6th of May 2024, with winners to be drawn on the 20th of June 2024.
