Così fan tutte tells the story of two young couples on holiday at a luxurious Italian resort. When cynical bachelor Don Alfonso places a bet with friends Guglielmo and Ferrando that their girlfriends, sisters Fiordiligi and Dorabella, will not remain faithful in the face of temptation, the boys slip into disguise and set out to win the bet by seducing the other’s partner. The will and commitment of the girls is put to the ultimate test, leading to unforeseen surprises and revelations.
Così fan tutte is here for a limited four-show season from until 7th of September at Her Majesty’s Theatre in Adelaide.
