Named after the three magnificent Californian Redwood trees planted by the estate’s original owner, Arthur Hardy, Sequoia boasts fourteen lavish guest suites and a dedicated local team providing unrivalled service. Each meticulously designed suite is tucked into a secluded sanctuary, beneath the embracing shade of towering Sequoia trees. Turning the page on a new chapter, the reimagined Southern Ocean Lodge invites exploration and discovery. The property has undergone a transformation, incorporating beloved features along with thoughtful additions, ushering in a new era of travel on Kangaroo Island.
Retaining the essence of the original lodge, the new Southern Ocean Lodge continues to offer the same generous inclusions that guests cherished, including exceptional dining experiences, beverages, and signature activities to start.
A noteworthy addition to the property is the ultra-premium Ocean Pavilion, ingeniously designed to serve as either a private residence or two separate suites, creating the ultimate Kangaroo Island retreat.
